2. Training Services

ERP SkillBridge provides SAP training courses through online live classes. Course content, schedules, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify course content to keep it current with industry standards.

3. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the applicable course fees. Payment terms and methods will be communicated during the enrollment process. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, documents, and content provided during the training are the intellectual property of ERP SkillBridge. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior written permission.

5. Placement Assistance

While we provide placement assistance including resume building, interview preparation, and job referrals, we do not guarantee employment. Job placement depends on various factors including market conditions and individual performance.

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Attend classes regularly and punctually
  • Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor
  • Not share SAP system access credentials with others
  • Not record or distribute class sessions without permission
  • Complete assignments and practice exercises on time

7. Limitation of Liability

ERP SkillBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
